Moon Honey

Saturday, July 19 | 2:30-4:00pm

Folk, Country, Americana and a few characters with their own songs thrown into the mix for fun.

Rachel, with her ethereal voice and heartfelt lyrics, crafts melodies that are as comforting as they are captivating. Her background in classical piano, choir and guitar infuses Moon Honeys’ music with a rich, textured sound. Dave complements her perfectly with his soulful guitar work and dynamic voice. His talent for accompaniment through music, honed over years of playing in various Pop, Rock, and World music bands (Including Jake Shimabukuro, Freddy Jones Band and Matt Morris), adds a depth and authenticity to their sound.

Moon Honey’s music is characterized by its emotional depth, introspective lyrics, and lush arrangements. Their songs often explore themes of love, loss, and the beauty of everyday moments, drawing from their own experiences as a couple and their shared love of storytelling. With a growing fan base and critical acclaim, they have been praised for their ability to connect with audiences on a profound level.

Moon Honey has graced all size stages, from intimate coffeehouses to renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater . Their live performances are known for their warmth, humor, engaging storytelling, and the palpable bond they share as partners in both music and life.
